All hardware carries a lifetime warranty. All doors and drawer friends carry a three-year warranty.
All hardware carries a lifetime warranty. All doors and drawer fronts carry a three-year warranty (does not cover abuse). All cabinet parts carry a five-year warranty.
As the cabinetry is custom made permanently installed there are no returns. However, with proper planning, attention to detail, quality manufacturing, installation and customer service, the need for returns should not arise
All of our cabinetry is solid wood throughout. There are no particleboard or plywood used. Those products release for phormaldahyde pollutants into the air, by eliminating them it helps to cut down on indoor pollution. It also eliminates the need for fake wood banded edges.
All shops have a lead time generally anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks depending on how busy they are. We have refined the process to trim two weeks off from that lead time and strive to have all jobs completed within a 6 to 8 week window.
